Pitbull Protects Stranger During Domestic Dispute

March 31, 2012 by z3admin 3 Comments

In the early morning hours, a quiet residential street was jolted awake by the sound of a domestic dispute spilling out onto the street. One neighbor was opening her door slightly to see what was going on, and her pit bull blitzed into action.

Sensing the danger, he rushed over to the aid of the woman screaming for help. By placing her body over top of Sierra she shielded her from fire, and remained in place even when it meant that she sustained burns on her own body. Sierra and Diamond were rescued by fire fighters, and have made a full recovery. [Read more…]

Pitbull Heroes

May 19, 2008 by z3admin 18 Comments

All admirers of this breed know that the American Pit Bull Terrier is capable of some pretty amazing feats. The dogs featured in this article are true canine all-stars, risking their lives to save that of their family and using their intelligence, dedication, obedience and loyal nature to protect those they love. I can only hope that in the same way a few poorly trained, unsocialized Pitbulls are able to stigmatize the entire breed as vicious animals, that featuring a handful of the outstanding pit bull dogs will have the same effect. Enjoy the stories below featuring these pit bull heroes and be sure to spread the word of their good deeds, the more positive Pit Bull press that is out there, the better is for our dogs.
