A little about us… Native Philadelphians, we escaped the cold winters half a decade ago and settled in San Diego, California. Our “little” household is comprised of myself, my partner and our two petbulls – Guapo & Tucker. Both of our dogs were rescued here in San Diego – Guapo is our 8 year old American Pit Bull Terrier, and Tucker is our 6 year old American Bulldog (we think… their exact breed types is always up to speculation!) Guapo a.k.a. “Clooney” (due to his shocking good looks) is the charmer and the ambassador for our home, always quick to greet each guest with kisses and an invitation to snuggle. Tucker a.k.a “Bone” is the clown. He can usually be found lounging around on his back with all fours in the air or tightrope walking curbs, when he is not too busy burying his face in blankets.
I created Save A Bull in hopes of providing a resource for pit bull lovers, bully owners and those interested in learning more about petbulls. Save A Bull is a place for you to share your stories, ask questions, gain support, provide education and help to show the world that these dogs are so much more than the reputation that precedes them.
