About Tuckenroe
Tuckenroe is a easy-going, happy dog. He is a 85 pound, 5 year old American Bulldog Mix. I have had Tuckenroe for four years, and he is an important member of my family.
Tuckenroe is housebroken and responds to hand signals. He is acustomed to living indoors, and does not bark excessively. He has been nuetered, which has been shown to help dogs be more calm and balanced.

I walk with Tuckenroe 2 times per day. Tuckenroe enjoys: stuffed toys, bones, swimming, walking. He is of a low energy level and is very calm and satisfied in the home with my current routine.
Tuckenroe is well-behaved on a leash, and I obey leash laws at all times.
Health and Grooming
Tuckenroe is up to date on all vaccinations. Tuckenroe is cared for by Dr. Veterinarian from Vet Clinic in Washington DC where he receives regular examinations.
Tuckenroe is bathed and brushed frequently. I control fleas and ticks through the use of: prescription medications (Comfortis, Revolution, Sentinel, Advantage, Trifexis), frequent bathing, flea brushing/combing, natural/dietary remedies.

About Chauncey
Owning a pet is a major responsibility, and I always act with my dog's best interest in mind. I always clean up after my dog, and when I travel out of town, I make sure to arrange for reliable pet care well in advance.
Tuckenroe has completed Canine Good Citizen.
I am sure Tuckenroe would be an excellent tenant. To make you feel more comfortable and as a measure of good faith I am willing to make an additional security deposit; pay monthly pet rent; provide proof of pet liability insurance that covers any incident related to Tuckenroe.
