About Guapini

Guapini is a loving, friendly dog. He is a 80 pound, 10 year old Pit Bull Terrier Mix. We have had Guapini for nine years, and he is an important member of our family.

Guapini is housebroken. He is acustomed to living indoors, and does not bark excessively. He has been nuetered, which has been shown to help dogs be more calm and balanced.

Activities

We jog with Guapini 2 times per day. Guapini enjoys: tug-o-war, treats, running, jogging. He is of a medium energy level and is very calm and satisfied in the home with our current routine.

Guapini is well-behaved on a leash, and we obey leash laws at all times.

Health and Grooming

Guapini is up to date on all vaccinations. Guapini is cared for by Dr. Derek Shepard from Seattle Grace where he receives regular examinations.

Guapini is bathed and brushed frequently. We control fleas and ticks through the use of: prescription medications (Comfortis, Revolution, Sentinel, Advantage, Trifexis), flea brushing/combing.

Owning a pet is a major responsibility, and we always act with our dog's best interest in mind. We always clean up after our dog, and when we travel out of town, we make sure to arrange for reliable pet care well in advance.

We are sure Guapini would be an excellent tenant. To make you feel more comfortable and as a measure of good faith we are willing to make an additional security deposit; provide proof of pet liability insurance that covers any incident related to Guapini.
