About Us: We have been together for almost 12 years, and have lived in San Diego for the better part of 5 years. We are both self-employed in web development, own our own business (Design SEO Hosting) and work mostly from home. As our previous landlords will attest to, we are respectful, quiet and easy-going. We are being forced to relocate because the property at which we presently have tenancy is being sold. What we are looking for is a simple, small, efficient place where we can live and work happily in the company of our pets.

As large dog owners, we act responsibly by obeying leash laws and cleaning up after our pets. Amanda is very active in animal welfare, and is the foster coordinator for a local San Diego rescue organization. She also owns, maintains and writes content for two dog-related websites: Save A Bull and Dog Knee Injury.

About Guapo and Tucker: We have had Guapo and Tucker since they were about a year old, and both dogs are important members of our family. While we are sure Guapo and Tucker will make excellent tenants, we are willing to put up an additional security deposit or discuss other options. We also have personal liability insurance that covers any incident related to our dogs.

Guapo and Tucker are both friendly mixed breed dogs that are used to being indoors with their family. Both Guapo and Tucker were adopted as rescues through PAWS of Coronado. Guapo, a male Presa/Pit/Unknown mix, is almost eight years old. His favorite activities include laying around in piles of blankets and chewing nylabones. Tucker, an American Bulldog mix, is five years old, and he enjoys sleeping in the sun and playing with his rope. Both dogs are completely housebroken and are trained to go out about three times per day. Neither dog barks, but Tucker will let us know if someone is at the door. Our dogs obey voice commands and hand signals. If you have any questions about our dogs, please feel free to ask us.

Activities: Guapo and Tucker are of a medium activity level, and we satisfy this requirement by taking them on walks three times per day. Both dogs are well behaved on leash and we obey leash laws at all times. While both dogs enjoy their exercise, they are much more content to lounge around the house or go for a ride in the car, which we do often.

Health/Grooming: Both dogs are neutered and up to date on their vaccinations. They receive annual health exams at Crown Veterinary Hospital in Coronado. We bathe and flea comb both dogs on a regular basis.
