Maybe instead of brainwashing young children into believing untruths about sea creatures, or guilting animal-loving adults into veganism, PETA should re-evaluate their hypocritical stance on animal treatment, and actually make an effort to place surrendered animals into adoptive homes.  I guess a $30+ million dollar a year income is much too limiting to provide appropriate care for animals waiting to be adopted when you are paying celebrities like Pamela Anderson, Alyssa Milano, Joss Stone, Bonnie-Jill Laflin, and Imogen Bailey to strip in your ads. Despite their blatant attempts at selling sex, PETA is perhaps one of the most un-sexy "activist" organizations in existence.  Hiding behind those overpaid celebrity endorsements is an organization that kills 95% of the animals that come through their doors.  95%!!  PETA is nothing more than a hypocritical killing machine, casting condescension on the rest of society with a phony ‘animal rights’ messages, all the while senselessly killing adoptable animals. What about the rights of the thousands of dogs, cats, and other pets that die in PETA headquarters?! Still don't believe me?  The numbers do not lie -  http://www.petakillsanimals.com/downloads/PetaKillsAnimals.pdf --------------------------------------------------- Images: --------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------- Post date: 2009-05-01 19:27:21 Post date GMT: 2009-05-01 23:27:21 Post modified date: 2010-03-23 03:22:03 Post modified date GMT: 2010-03-23 07:22:03 ____________________________________________________________________________________________ Export of Post and Page has been powered by [ Universal Post Manager ] plugin from www.ProfProjects.com
